Established in 2003, SABA Properties has been at the forefront of property development in Dubai, with a primary focus on Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). Our journey began with the vision of harnessing the newly implemented Freehold Law in Dubai, and we have since achieved significant milestones.

SABA Properties proudly boasts the completion of three impressive 40-story towers in the heart of JLT. This includes SABA-1, a commercial marvel, and SABA-2 & SABA-3, exquisite residential developments. Together, these towers offer over nine hundred units, setting a benchmark for luxury living.
SABA Properties launched the first freehold office tower in Dubai in 2003 and also the first handover in 2006 in Jumeirah Lakes Towers district. SABA Properties also manages/ maintains its own building through its subordinate company, SABA Property Management. This is to ensure that the buildings are managed at the highest standards, in order to preserve their values continuously.

SABA Tower 1 is one of the prominent high-rise Office towers located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), a popular freehold development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. An iconic office tower in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) community and Dubai Multi Commodities Center (DMCC) freezone, SABA 1 has set the standard for the commercial development in the area with exceptional quality.
SABA 1 is the first freehold office tower in Dubai launched in 2003 and the first to be handed over in 2006. It was the first tower to rise in Jumeirah Lakes Towers district with top-notch quality.
SABA 2
SABA 2 and SABA 3 Residential Twin Towers are located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) community and form part of Dubai Multi Commodities Center (DMCC) freezone. The 40-storey towers comprise 713 apartments plus 31,306 square feet of Retail Shops.
SABA 3
SABA Tower 3 is a contemporary residential tower located in the prestigious development of Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. A twin tower of SABA 2, it boasts the same structure, facilities and amenities with high-quality. The in-house facility management ensures a good up-keep of the building.
